We are looking for someone who has both ICU and Med/Surge experience and would not be uncomfortable working in either location.  Also someone who has worked at either a critical access, or smaller organization again should work well.

Intensive care unit nurse or critical care nurses are registered nurses who specialize in providing care in intensive care units of hospitals. Intensive care nurses are always in demand. As healthcare becomes more advanced, the percentage of critically ill patients requiring expert care continues to rise.

TRAVELER MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AT LEAST ONE HOLIDAY DURING THIS ASSIGNMENT FOR PERM STAFF (If Needed/Scheduled): THANKSGIVING (Including Weekend After) AND/OR CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR.  NOTE THIS IS ONLY IF THE UNIT IS OPEN AND YOU ARE SCHEDULED TO WORK.  RTO FOR BOTH HOLIDAY BLOCKS WILL NOT BE APPROVED.  Thank you!  

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 2 years CURRENT ICU/PCU experience - Required
  • Small, critical access facility experience - Required
  • BSN - Preferred
  • Previous travel experience - Preferred
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
  • ACLS (AHA)
  • BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
  • New Hampshire
Compact Allowed
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
  • NH or Compact must be in-hand at profile upload. Facility will not pend license.
