- Clinic and Hospital coverage, 1 day in OR
- Clinic days + night call + weekends
- Clinic days are generally 0830-1630, weekends are on call. Don't have to be on call every weekend. Weeknight call is split up between locum and perm physician - will be distributed evenly. 1 OR day/week.
- Reason for need: coverage while perm recruiting
- EMR: Cerner in hospital, Epic in clinic
- Trauma level III
- Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients per Day: 25
- Average Number of Hospital-Based Surgeries per Day: 3-5
- How Many Urologists in Your Group? 1 full-time 1 part-time
- Support staff: 2 RN's
- Describe Office Equipment (Specialized Equipment, etc.): 3 Olympus Video Cystoscope Robot, Laparoscopic, Cystoscopy, Ureteroscopic, Microscopic, Urology Room Specific (OR), Lithotripsy (for stones), Prostate, OVO, New Scopes – Olympus Cysco scopes, Outpatient clinic for Cysto with no general anesthetic, all testing equipment for incontinence.
- Required procedures: general urology, advanced endoscopic techniques, laparoscopic surgeries, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, pelvic node dissection, penile prosthesis, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL), brachytherapy, laser certification, robotic surgery, partial nephrectomies/intraoperative ultrasound, adrenalectomy, renal and bladder ultrasound, TRUS biopsies, fertility work-up, incontinence procedures.
- Will pay for full travel
- Willing to accept locum, locum to perm, perm
- Credentialing timeframe: 4-6 weeks if provider/agency is on top of things, can do quicker if clean app
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified Urology or Truly Board Eligible within 0-5 years of residency - Required
- Active IA license or IMLC - Required
- BLS, ACLS - Required to obtain before starting
- Availability - Required, note at time of presentation
- COVID vaccine - Required, note at time of name clear
