Description

  • ASAP - ongoing, perm
  • Full-time, 36 patient hours/week + 4 hours of admin time, M-F + call
  • Shared call, 1:2 very light - physicians hardly ever need to come into the hospital during call.
  • 30 patients per day in the office
  • Patient demographic: all ages
  • 30% surgery, 70% office
  • Level III trauma designation
  • Outpatient EMR: Athena
  • Inpatient EMR: Cerner
  • 6 exam rooms in the office
  • Support staff: 1 site manager; 3 front desk; 3 MAs; 1 surgery scheduler; 1 physician assistant; 2 audiologists; 1 audi tech
  • Credentialing timeline: ~90 days
  • Will NOT accept visa candidates at this time
  • Will accept requests for medical/religious exemptions for vaccines, and will need to be reviewed by HR and CMO before approved/accepted
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
  • Board Certified or truly Board Eligible within 0-5 years of residency - Required
  • MI license - Highly Preferred
  • ACLS, BLS - Required
  • COVID and flu vaccines - Required, note at time of name clear
