Description

  • Occupational health clinic is located in a medical center building with other outpatient departments
  • Average number of patients a day: 15-25
  • Number of exam rooms: 5
  • Support staff includes 2 APPs and 2 casual physicians, 2 RNs, 2 Medical assistants, 1 scheduler, 3-4 exercise physiologists, 1 clinical coordinator, billing staff, sales, operations Manager
  • Required duties: pre-employment physicals, return-to duty testing, DOT physicals, firefighter medical exams
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
  • Board Certified Required (Will accept Emergency Room, Family Practice, Sports Medicine, Internal Medicine, Occupational Health)
  • Active OH license - unless license can be obtained and person eligible to start August 1st - Required
  • DOT Certification - Required
  • Covid Vaccination - Required
  • ACLS certification - Required
