BLS Certification, Active State License

Description

  • ASAP - for at least 6 months
  • M-F, 8a-5p
  • No call, no weekends
  • Must have experience within an Occupational Medicine clinical setting
  • Occupational Medicine experience (at least 2 years) – no new graduates
  • Reason for coverage: The Medical Practice Leader retiring and need a physician to help meet patient demand until a perm physician can be hired
  • Clinic setting with dedicated office space
  • Average number of patients per day: 10-14
  • 3 exam rooms, 2 physicians in practice
  • Support staff: medical assistant, patient administrative specialist, clinic manager
  • EMR: Epic, Systoc
  • 90-day credentialing timeframe
  • Willing to pay for full travel
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
  • Board Certified Occupational Medicine - Highly Preferred
  • Colorado Level II Work Comp and DOT Certified (up to date) - Required
  • Active CO license - Required
  • BLS - Required
  • COVID vaccine - Required, note at time of name clear
