Description

  • Start: ASAP
  • M-F, 8a-5p + potential for call
  • 100% adult
  • Office/Clinic: 10-15 patients per day - booked out 6 months
  • Hospital: 10-12 patients per month
  • 1 Physician, 2 APP, shared 2 RNs and 4 MAs
  • Lab and Xray onsite
  • EMR: Epic
  • Required procedures: EEG, EMG, Botulinum Toxin Administration (Botox)

Compensation and benefits package:

  •  Competitive salary range in line with MGMA standards; based on production and achievement of value driven quality metrics. Health/dental/vision/disability/life/retirement benefits. Malpractice paid by corporation, including tail at the end of employment. Relocation assistance provided in accordance with policy.
  • Full time benefits: 27 days off per year; 5 days and $3,000 for CME. $3,000 per year for professional journals, dues, and memberships.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years - Required
  • Due to COVID related staffing shortages, Epic knowledge is required
  • BLS, ACLS, DEA - Required before starting assignment, must be willing to obtain
  • Active IN license - HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccine - Required
