Physician – Medical Director

• Practice Setting: Inpatient (2 x hospital campuses located 15 mins apart)
  outpatient clinics located on hospital campus
• Reason for Coverage: Replacement position
• Schedule: Clinic Mon-Fri, 40 hour work week, days
• Call Schedule: 1:5 weekends and approx 1:5 weeknights
• Patient Demographics: Adult only
• 50/50 Hem/Onc
• Numbers of physicians in practice: 4
• 5 FT Rad Onc physicians on-site
• 5 APPs on site
• Average number of patients per day(outpatient): 20-30
• Average number of patients per day(inpatient): 15-20
• 440 bed community hospital
• EMR: Epic
• Required procedures, please ask to verify.
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months
