Physician – Endocrinologist

• Full time, 4-5 work week, 36 patient contact hours per week. Willing to accept part time or full time.
• Call is more frequent, 1:4 on weekends and every 4th day. Hospital and clinic call. Called in 1x in the last 4 years. Call back in minimal. Only covering 1 hospital – only cover Longs Peak. Smaller hospital. 57 bed hospital.
• 2 physicians here, and 1 NP, 2 MAs, and triage nurse during office hours.
• Clinic seeing 15-20 patients per day. Clinic is 15 mins from hospital. 20 min appointment for follow up, 40 min for new patients. *Busy clinic, needs to be up and running fast.
• Hospital Radiologists to thyroid ultrasounds and biopsy - cannot offer that at this time
• 2 Diabetes educators/dieticians in office
• Can collaborate with University of Colorado School of Medicine - Denver Branch - can collaborate with medical students.
• Physician-led practice with emphasis on professional autonomy and multi-specialty collaboration.
• Will accept new grads
• Will not accept visa candidates

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinology (American Boarded only) - Required
• Residency and Fellowship in USA - Required
• Active CO license - Highly Preferred
