Job Description:

  • Reason for Opening: Resignation of Hematology Oncologist at Practice
  • 50% Hematology
  • 50% Oncology
  • Number of Physicians in Practice:  1 remaining physician
  • Hem/Onc only practice
  • Adults only
  • No Radiation Oncology on-site, but connection to Radiology Oncology team at Loyola University Medical Campus, which is 5 miles from practice.
  • No APP's in practice
  • Documentation System/EMR:  EPIC
  • Estimated Credentialing Timeframe:  3 months
  • Open to H1B candidates, but cannot sponsor J1 candidates

Practice Setting:

  • Outpatient Free-Standing Community Cancer Center
  • Average Number of Patients Per Day (Outpatient Clinic): 75
  • Average Number of Patients Per Day (Hospital Call/Rounding): 2
  • Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital):  Level 2

Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology - REQUIRED
IL license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
