Clear Creek OB/GYN is seeking a full-time provider to join their established practice located in Lavonia, Georgia.Job Description:  The selected candidate will join two knowledgeable and experienced physicians in serving the gynecological and obstetrical needs of the local communities. The practice offers a wide range of preventative, comprehensive gynecological, obstetrical, and surgical services to women of all ages. This is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding physician to join the St. Mary's Health Care System team.Clinic + OB/GYN hospital callFacility has two full-time providers on staff currently85% low risk pregnancies15% high risk pregnanciesMust live within 30 minutes of the clinic and hospital.EMR: Athena / CPSIOpen to H-1B visa candidatesNot accepting Locums candidatesCompensation and Benefits:Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).  Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.Group Health InsuranceBasic Life InsuranceSupplemental Life InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLong-Term DisabilityTrinity Health 403b Retirement Savings PlanYou may invest a percentage of income on a pre-tax basis through Fidelity. Upon employment St. Mary’s matches between 25% and 75% of your contribution up to 6% (Based on years of service). Maximum match is 4.5%. As a new employee you are automatically enrolled at 2% contribution. You will have the choice to opt-out of this. You are fully vested after 3 years of employment.Trinity Health Retirement Savings Plan-Core ContributionPersonal Annual Leave (PAL) - Time off with pay for vacations, holidays, personal illnesses or injuries and other personal and family needs. PAL time begins accumulating after four pay periods of employment. New full-time employees earn 7.08 hours per pay period, and new part-time employees earn 3.08 hours per pay period. PAL accrual rate increases with years of service.Tuition Reimbursement:  Assistance in payment for work-related courses, resulting in a diploma or degree. Current reimbursement is $5,000 over employment lifetime with St. Mary’s.Other:  Short-term disability, cancer insurance, group AD &D insurance, critical illness insurance, pet insurance, legal insurance plan, long term care insurance, flexible spending accounts, bereavement leave, Family Medical Leave of Absence, employee assistance program, in-service education, Benefit Hub-discount marketplace, free parking, credit union, and cafeteria discounts.
