MercyOne Clinton is seeking to add a full-time OB/GYN provider to their team!  There is an excellent opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN to join a busy, growing practice located in Clinton, Iowa.Job DescriptionOB/GYN will collaborate with the FM/OB groupMonday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with shared callResponsibilities include clinic, OR, and OB callWeekend and on-call ratio: 1:4Duties encompass inpatient, outpatient, rounds, clinic, and travel to multiple locations/clinicsFacility's Trauma Level/Designation: Level 4Documentation System/EMR: Cerner Inpatient, eClinicalWorks OutpatientProvider must be willing to join and support the facility's aim in growing a service lineNumber of patients per day varies by providerProviders who can start ASAP are highly preferredNot open to 1099 candidatesAccepting H1B and J1 visa candidatesOpen to Locum (Job #50736) and Locum to Perm candidatesAccepting TRULY BE candidates within 3 years of eligibilityNot accepting candidates who have lapsed BC and need to obtain againNot open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s)Cannot accept providers who have any malpractice cases that are in Probate or that require supervision.  Clean malpractice is preferred.Compensation and Benefits:Base salary $300,000+ based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).  Relocation reimbursement if applicableCommencement bonus (to be discussed at interview)Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) qualified employerHealth insurance/Prescription drug coverageDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible spending accounts (health, dependent care)Health Savings Accounts (HSA)Life insuranceRetirement programsPaid HolidaysPTO/Vacation and Sick TimeShort-term disability optionsLong-term disability optionsEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Career advancement opportunities

Board Eligible (within 3 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in OB/GYN - REQUIREDIA license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIREDNRP, AWOHN Fetal Monitoring (or willing to obtain prior to start) - REQUIREDClean malpractice (Cannot accept providers who have any malpractice cases that are in Probate or that require supervision.) - PREFERREDProviders who can start ASAP - HIGHLY PREFERRED
