Job Description:
- Candidates must be Board Eligible (with plans to become BC within 1 year of employment) or Board Certified in Family Medicine AND OB Fellowship-trained (fellowship must be completed prior to start).
- Must be able to perform C-sections
- Busy practice with instant volume
- Join 8 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
- Call for OB/Hospitalist – 1:9; call for C-sections – 1:3
- Full spectrum family medicine – including surgical obstetrics, ER, and hospitalist
- Specialists available – including Cardiology, Urology, GI, ENT, Ortho, etc.
- Lab, x-ray, sleep, MRI, CT, mammography, nuclear med, PT, RT, OT, and ER all on site
- 25-bed critical access hospital and primary care clinic
- Affiliate of MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, a Level III Trauma Center and regional referral teaching center
- Regional health system covering 14 counties, includes MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, eight critical access hospitals, and 42 clinics in northern Iowa and southern Minnesota
- Service area approximately 260,000

IA license or IMLC (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED

Provider is able and interested in doing C-sections (state interest in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
