Wonderful opportunity for an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or an experienced NICU-trained PA to join our expanding team at Oak Hill Hospital in Brooksville, a growing suburb north of Tampa along Florida's Nature Coast.Job Description:NNP Candidates:- Board Certified APRN national specialty certification NNP (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications)- Minimum of a Master’s Degree - 2+ years of current NNP work experience (not including training or as RN)PA Candidates:- Minimum of a Master's Degree - Board Certified through NCCPA- Completion of a Neonatal PA training program is highly preferred- 2+ years of current PA work experience in NICU (not including training)This 20-bed Level-III unit has an average daily census of 12-20 and approximately1600 annual deliveriesThere is Neonatologist and MFM on-site support, as well as a variety of other sub-specialists16-hour shifts, with possibility of 24-hour shifts as the unit growsLocated on the bay side of Florida, Brooksville is centrally positioned on the Nature Coast with easy access to many crystal clear springs and a short drive south to the growing metro area of Tampa Bay.  Not accepting new graduate candidates - CURRENT 2+ years' work experience in NICU (not including RN or training) is requiredNot accepting Locums candidatesThese are permanent positions that may require residency within the immediate local area.  Relocation may be required.  To be discussed at interview.Compensation and Benefits:  Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).  Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.Health Insurance including prescription drugsDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceShort- and Long-Term disability optionsEmployee stock purchase program – 15% discount*401k with company match**Pre-tax Health Savings Account (HSA)Pre-tax Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Aflac Hospital, Critical Illness and Accident plansIdentity ProtectionEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)

2+ years of current work experience as NNP (not including RN or training) - REQUIRED
