Board Eligible (must become BC within 3 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology OR Internal Medicine with subspecialty certification in Hematology/Oncology (must be ABIM or AOBIM) - REQUIRED
Iowa license or IMLC (or willing to obtain) - REQUIREDBLS (by time of start) - REQUIREDDEA certification (by time of start) - REQUIREDCDS certification (by time of start) - REQUIREDPrevious employment experience in leadership role - PREFERRED**Trinity Health does not reimburse for credentialing fees**
