Job Details:

  • Reason for Coverage: Referrals are backed up; Rheumatologist will be going on maternity leave @ February
  • Practice Setting: Office-Clinic
  • Schedule (Shifts/Hours): 8:30 - 5:00 M-Th; 8:30 - 12:30 F
  • Average Number of Patients per Day (Private Practice): 15-20
  • Documentation System/EMR: Epic
  • Number of Exam Rooms: 6
  • Number of Rheumatologist in Practice: 1
  • Description of Support Staff: 1 NP, 2 CMAs, 1 front desk staff 
  • Patient Age Demographic: Adult
  • 0 % Internal Medicine, 100% Arthritis, Autoimmune


Required Procedures:

  • Joint Injections - Hyalgan
  • Joint Injections - Supartz
  • Joint Injections - Corticosteroids
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 2 months

Submission Requirements

Board Certified - REQUIRED

Active SC license - REQUIRED, no exceptions

BLS - REQUIRED100% CLEAN BACKGROUND - HIGHLY Preferred
