MercyOne Clive Endoscopy Center is looking for an OUTPATIENT LOCUM TO PERM GI provider to cover clinic and the Endoscopy suite. The perfect candidate would also be willing to cover some inpatient shifts.June - ongoingMonday-Friday, 8a-4pNo weekends, no callScopes only; colonoscopies and
endoscopies onlyERCP and EUS highly preferred, but not required for outpatient settingsIf working inpatient shifts, ECRP & EUS are required30 min proceduresUses conscious sedation10-12 procedures/dayAdult onlyEMR: ProvationAdditional questions answered by client:Would you consider a provider who can only do ERCP (not EUS)? - Yes, we would consider a provider who is only certified in ERCP and not in EUS.How often is EUS required in an outpatient setting? we don't do a ton of EUS procedures in the outpatient setting. What is support staff like? - We have 1-2 support nurses in each procedure room.How often is conscious sedation required in the outpatient setting? - 100% conscious sedation.Is there a code team in the event a patient codes while under conscious sedation? - There is no code team at the Clive Endoscopy Center.*Please Note: Trinity Health does not reimburse for any application or credentialing fees.Rates needed for Submission:Malpractice (must be included in rates)OrientationHourly ($625/hour cap)Holiday Overtime (OT after 8 hours)Holiday Overtime (OT after 8 hours)Conversion Fee ($25k rate cap)
