Locum – Physician – Urology

Setting: OP & IP

FTE: 1

Duties: 

• See follow up patients (limited clinic)
• Oversee PA on the inpatient side
• Care for patients needing stent changes in litho
• Cystoscopies in endo, change ouch stents in endo

Required Procedures: Stent Changes, Cystoscopies

EMR: Cerner

Support Staff: RN, MA & PA

Reason for Coverage: Employed MD is out on Involuntry military deployment

Travel Preferences:

• Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotels

• Air Travel: Local, preferred but not required

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Urology - Preferred

AZ State License - REQUIRED or LOQ in hand

Residency only or both Residency and Fellowship - Preferred
