Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine is seeking
a Board Certified, MSK Fellowship -Trained
faculty member to join the Department of
Radiology and Medical Imaging with primary location at Loyola University
Medical Center (LUMC) located in Maywood, Illinois, approximately 12 miles from
downtown Chicago. Job Description:Looking for full time provider M-F 8a-5p.The
candidate will join a growing Radiology Department of over 50 subspecialized
radiologists supporting clinical services across Loyola University Medical
Center, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, MacNeal Hospital, and associated ambulatory
care centers.Candidates must be Board Certified in Radiology and fellowship-trained in Musculoskeletal Radiology (MSK)Exhibit strong clinical skills to work effectively and efficiently across the
full spectrum of imaging modalities/procedures relevant to MSK imaging. This is
an on-site position with participation in interventional procedures including MRI, CT, joint injection/aspiration, bone marrow sampling, and soft tissue/bone biopsyPractice setting is hospital-basedAverage Number of Cases Per Day: Mix plain film and cross sectional. 110 xrays, 20 MRIs/CT/UltrasoundTrauma Level/Designation:  Loyola = Trauma 1, MNH and GMH = Trauma 2 Number of Radiologists in Practice:  Specific to MSK is 4.8 FTEs, in department 41 FTETeleradiology is not used for MSKPatient Age Demographic: All ages, but pediatrics not requiredThere are opportunities
for clinical and translational research if interested. EMR:  Epic, Powerscribe 360, Interad PACs, Softek Illuminate Credentialing timeline:  usually 2-3 months (depends on if physician has IL license in hand or not)Rates to Submit:MalpracticeOrientationHourlyOTConversion FeeAll Corresponding Holiday Rates
