Description

Details:

  • Schedule: 8 AM to 4:30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch - 8 hours per day
  • No call
  • NOT a full time position. Provider will be providing sporadic coverage for potential future PTO coverage
  • Number of Physicians in Practice:  1
  • Will There be Other Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage?  No
  • Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office) : 20-25 on treatment with weekly treatment visits, follow-ups and consults
  • Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT  (Call/Rounding) : 0-1
  • Trauma Level 2
  • Adult patients
  • EMR: Aria
  • Required procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Photon Beam Radiation Therapy, Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
  • Credentialing timeframe: 2 months

Board Certified - Required

Active IA license or IMLC - Required (not accepting candidates who need to obtain IMLC or IA license)COVID Vaccine - Required

Aria documentation - HIGHLY PREFFERED. Note experience at time of name clear. Local/within driving distance - HIGHLY PREFERRED
