Summary: Seeking out a 0.6 FTE Psychiatrist to serve our inpatient adult psychiatry unit.Rate Caps for Submission:Malpractice – Must be included in rates.Orientation – half the hourly/callback rate, kicks in after 8 hours. “Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours”Hourly –  $326 - $350 - “Per hour, not OT”Holiday – Must be 1.5x the regular rates “Per holiday hour, no OT”Nightly Call
– $926 - $950 - “Per night call to hold the pager, to include 2.5 hours gratis”

hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms.”Bid Due Date: 11/5/24 @5p estSchedule/Availability Requirements: Flexible with a one week on, one week off or two weeks on, two weeks off based on the availability of the Psychiatrist. On-call hours will be scheduled during weeks on. One or two evenings on call during the week and 1 weekend a month.Facility Location: Bismarck North Dakota Setting: Adult Inpatient PsychiatryFTE: 0.6Duties: Daily rounds on the adult psychiatry unit, attend daily multi-disciplinary teams meeting, communicate with patient family or natural supports, provide psych consults on the inpatient units, complete documentationRequired Procedures: NAEMR: EpicSupport Staff: Registered Nurses, Mental Health Techs, Occupational Therapist, Occupational Therapist Assistant, Social Worker, Adolescent Psychiatrist, Manager, DirectorReason for Coverage: To increase adult censusDeal breakers: Promotes positive culture, Office is located on the unit Travel Preferences (see attachment for specific travel guidelines):·         Preferred Lodging: none. In the event that the CommonSpirit Health preferred hotel is not available, hotel/lodging rates will be reimbursed based on actual expense, up to 1.5 times the current GSA rate for the market. https://www.gsa.gov/travel/plan-book/per-diem-rates·         Air Travel:  $750/round trip cap·         Rental Cars: $65/day all in cap (including taxes and fees) regardless of car class.·         Mileage: IRS Standard Rate·         Please detail any anticipated travel exceptions, for example a dietary restriction necessitating specific lodging situations. Travel exception requests will be denied if this information is not part of the provider presentation.  Please also indicate the city where provider will be traveling from in the travel section of the provider submission.Credentialing Information:Timeframe: As soon as possibleRequirements: Board Certified, Board EligibleOther Credentialing Requirements: NACredentialing with other facilities? At the higher census it would most likely look like 2-3Patients/day – Goal is 12Types of cases – Behavioral Health: Suicidal ideation, active aggression, etc
