Locum – Physician – Physiatry (PM&R)

McLaren Medical Group - Bay Region seeks a Locum PM&R physician to provide coverage from Dec 23-31, 2024!!JOB DETAILS:This is coverage of the inpatient rehab unit. 8a-5p. There is no call and no OT, 9 hours of patient care per
day of coverage.Reason for Locum Coverage: VacationPatients per day: 10-20Staff Support: This is a 20-bed inpatient rehab unit. The physician will cover face to face visits, admissions, discharges, IPOCs, and lead Team Conference. Current EHR: CERNERProcedures/Skills required:Physiatrist, PAPE/H & P, TBI, Stroke, Amputations, Clinical Staffing/Care Plan Meetings, Pre-Admission Screening Review & Documentation per CMS Guidelines, Prescribing Narcotics
Expenses:Car, fuel, mileage, hotel is a $150 cap (including taxes)Does NOT reimburse Med Staff FeesNo lodging booked through 3rd party websites, ie expedia, kayak, etcMcLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodgingMalpractice must be included in ratesOrientation rate is 1/2 the hourly rateRates to Submit:Orientation - 1/2 of hourly rate for orientation and trainingHourly - Per hour, 9 hours of patient care per dayHolidayNO OTConversion rateSite uses reverse billing - provider must clock in/out using Kronos - no timesheets will be approved
