Schedule/Availability Requirements:

Oct, Nov and Dec

3-5 days (over a weekend) or up to a week at a time (including weekend). The two weeks in a month can be separated.

M-F 8:30a - 5p (Clinic - 1 Day no contact day), Call 8a handoff (weekends F/SA/Sun)

 

Setting: Clinic, L&D/PP

FTE: 1.0

Duties: Clinic, L&D/PP

Required Procedures: All standard maternal fetal medicine procedures in a clinic and hospital setting, Obstetrics

EMR: EPIC

Support Staff: Front Desk and Clinical Support Staff, including ultrasound on-site

Reason for Coverage: Physician Resignation

Deal breakers (do not present this): Concerns re: quality, malpractice, unable to clear, no recent practice experience

Submission Requirements

Board Certified OB/GYN with Maternal Fetal Medicine Subspecialty - REQUIRED

Active NE license - HIGHLY PREFERREDOB/GYN Residency and MFM Fellowship - Required

Active BLS, DEA, NRP - Required

Clean Malpractice/background - Highly Preferred

Local, no flights - Highly Preferred Must be available for dates listed in job description to be considered - REQUIRED

Disclose if the provider has worked at any other CHI/Dignity facility - REQUIRED

COVID VACCINATED - REQUIRED
