  • Average Number of Scheduled Patients Per Day: 50
  •  How Many APPs Provide Coverage?  2
  •  Number of Exam Rooms:  8
  •  Onsite Lab?: Yes
  •  Onsite Ultrasound? Yes
  •  What Percentage of Practice is Low Risk Pregnancy: 60
  •  What Percentage of Practice is High Risk Pregnancy: 40
  •  Nursery Level: III
  •  Documentation System/EMR: Cerner Millennium and GE Viewpoint
  •  Trauma Level/Designation: 2
  •  Board Requirements (Board Certified/Board Eligible): OB/GYN & MFM
  •  Is Fellowship Required (Please Explain): Maternal Fetal Medicine
  •  Required Procedures/Skill Sets: Amniocentesis, Chorionic Villus Sampling, Fetal Echocardiogram, Specialized Ultrasound, Birth Defects, Genetic Disorders, Pre-Eclampsia, Growth Restriction, Multiple Pregnancy, Chromosomal Abnormalities, Congenital abnormalities, Pre-term Labor, Hypertension, and Thrombophilia.
