Annual Volume- 24,500-25,500

Physician shifts- 7a-7p, 7p-7a

APP shifts- 9a-9p, 11a-11p, 2p-2a

Number of beds- 17

Transfer locations- Riverside, Grant, Genesis, OSU, Aultman
(OB)

Transfer %- 4.94%

  • 16-20k Annual Volume
  • 12 hour shifts for providers.
  • 45 days credentialing timeline

Submission Requirements

ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR
Please submit rates and exact availability (dates listed above) at time of name clear - REQUIRED

Malpractice must be included in hourly rate cap of $350/hour - REQUIRED, no exceptions

MUST be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM (can be double boarded ABPS) - REQUIRED

MUST have 2+ recent experience REQUIRED

NRP REQUIRED

Ohio License REQUIRED, not accepting IMLC

Covid Vaccination REQUIRED
