Annual Volume- 30,000

Physician shifts- 7a-7p, 7p-7a

APP shifts- 9a-9p & 5p-5a

Number of beds- 21 beds

Transfer locations- Any of the Ohio Health facilities
(Grant, Riverside, Doctors)

Transfer %- 9.9

Admission Rate %- 10.6

Submission Requirements

All items below need to be notated in additional information at the time of name clear.
Please submit rates and availability at time of name clear - REQUIRED

Malpractice must be included in hourly rate cap of $350/hour - REQUIRED, no exceptions

MUST be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM (can be double boarded ABPS) - REQUIRED

MUST have 2+ recent ED experience REQUIRED

NRP-REQUIRED

Ohio License REQUIRED, not accepting IMLC

Covid Vaccination REQUIRED

Clean background - no malpractice - required for credentialing
