- Reason for Coverage: in-house PRN coverage to cover the Hospital and Emergency Room. This physician or APP would cover both the ER and the Hospital. We have 24, 48 and 72 hour shifts that we cover.
- Dates of Coverage: Unknown, this is PRN coverage and would cover us in the event of vacations or sickness.

- Deliveries Received in ED or Sent Directly to Labor & Delivery: We do not have Labor & Delivery. We do deliver babies in emergency situations.

- Describe Referral / Transfer Protocol: Hospitalist or team member contacts the referral facility (no specific facility). We have 3 facilities that we use regularly.

Hospitalist Procedures/Duties Required:
- Non-Invasive Vent Management (bipap/cpap)
- Ventilation Management
- Intubation (ETT/INT)
- Chest Tube insertion
- Central Line
- PICC Line
- Required Duties - Gynecology/Orthopedic/Surgery:
- Suturing of Minor Lacerations
- I & D (Incision & Drainage)
Rates to submit:
- Orientation
- Hourly
- Holiday
- Overtime
- Holiday Overtime
- Conversion Fee ($25k Rate Cap)
Facility Reimburse for the Following Costs:
- Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate
- Provider Must be Local - Only Mileage is Reimbursed
- If travel is approved, do you have any preferences or additional caps not outlined in the travel policy? Since this is a PRN position, we are looking for someone within driving distance to the facility.
Submission Requirements
Board Certified in Family Medicine - REQUIRED (will accept board eligible within 5 years of residency)
Active IA license or IMLC must be in hand at time of submission - REQUIRED
BLS, ACLS, ATLS, NRP, PALS - REQUIRED
Hospitalist Coverage - REQUIRED
Provider must be Local (within driving distance to the facility) -REQUIRED
