Description

Under the guidance of the CT clinical supervisor, a trained technologist performs all diagnostic procedures with the knowledge of all pertinent and academic areas to produce consistent, high quality exams. The CT technologist works effectively with patients and physicians and maintains a cooperative relationship with interdepartmental personnel. Recognizes the purpose of employment is to prioritize the patient as number one and to put forth the utmost quality as a technologist. The training they receive will enable this person to perform all necessary procedures on patients in all age groups.

Dress Code: Personal scrubs any color
EMR: HMS Medhost
Patient Population: Newborn - Geriatric
CT: scanner- Siemens Somatom 40 slice
X-ray: carestream

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Minimum 2 years current Imaging/CT/X-Ray experience - Required
  • MUST HAVE ARRT (CT)(R) CERTIFICATION - REQUIRED
  • ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY/HIT THE GROUND RUNNING - REQUIRED
  • IV Skills - Required
  • Proficiency with MediTech, Phillips, Siemens, AGFA DR, Siemens, OEC C-arm - Highly Preferred
  • Travel experience – Preferred
  • Bachelor Degree - Preferred
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
  • ARRT
  • BLS
  • NH License of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
  • New Hampshire
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
  • NH MIRT must be in-hand
