Description

  • ASAP
  • Only interested in Perm providers - do NOT want to consider Locums for this position
  • Monday-Friday, 8a-5p (36 patient contact hours) + call (1:6)
  • Adult and Geriatric patients and some peds, not a huge pediatric population
  • 1 Physicians in practice; 1 APP
  • 15-20 patients per day
  • EMR: Epic
  • 90 day credentialing timeframe
  • Underserved rural community, 45 mins from Steamboat Springs. Outpatient clinic.
  • Lab draw on site, x-ray at hospital in town
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
  • Board Certified Family Medicine or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) - Required
  • Active CO license - Highly Preferred
  • COVID vaccine - Required, note at time of name clear
