Description

A Home Care Visiting RN provides safe, holistic care to a population with multiple co-morbidities and advanced chronic illnesses.  The RN educates regarding self-management and provides support to meet the needs of the patient, family, and community.

Ability to perform Essential Functions as well as physical requirements of Position.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 3 years of adult and geriatric home care experience - REQUIRED
  • BLS - REQUIRED
  • Home Care Home Base experience - REQUIRED
  • At least 3 years of travel experience - Preferred
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
  • BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
  • New Jersey
